Tap the green "+" button in the bottom navigation bar. Enter your glucose value, select when the reading was taken (Fasting, Pre-Meal, Post-Meal, Bedtime, etc.), and optionally add a meal note. Tap "Save Reading" to log it.
Log a reading with the "Bedtime" tag before sleep, then log a "Fasting" reading the next morning. GlucoFast automatically pairs these readings and tracks your overnight glucose change, target hit rate, and weekly trends.
Premium unlocks Smart AI Insights, Bedtime Protocol, PDF/CSV report exports, unlimited reading history, unlimited reminders, and AI-powered fasting advice. Available as a monthly ($6.99/mo) or yearly ($49.99/yr) subscription.
Go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → GlucoFast. From there you can cancel, change plans, or view your renewal date. You can also access this from within the app under Settings → Manage Subscription.
Open GlucoFast, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
No. GlucoFast is a wellness tracking tool for logging and visualizing your glucose data. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Go to the Smart Insights tab (diamond icon) → scroll down to the Reports section → tap "Export PDF" or "Export CSV." The report includes your 30-day glucose summary, daily breakdown, food rankings, and fasting stats.
Email us at support@glucofast.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also delete individual readings from the History screen.
