By using GlucoFast, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GlucoFast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GlucoFast is a personal wellness tracking application that allows you to log glucose readings, meals, fasting sessions, hydration, and sleep data. The App provides informational summaries, charts, exports, and comparisons based on your logged data.

3. Medical Disclaimer

GlucoFast is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for personal wellness tracking and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Do not change medications, diet, or treatment plans based solely on information from this App.

4. Account Registration

To use GlucoFast, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Providing accurate and current information.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

GlucoFast offers a free tier and premium subscription plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GlucoFast, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of GlucoFast and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of GlucoFast is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlucoFast and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
